Compared to many other Corporate Finance books I enjoy this one for a structure of the presented material , clear explanations supported by real examples, concept checks , odd numbers answers (provided at the end of the textbook) to the exercises. I like the work here, make no mistake, but did not feel that I'd learned something new in seeing it.-- wiredweird.

The interactive case examples given in the text were very helpful for me to understand and put into immediate practice critical reasoning skills of the terms as well as the variuos processes. And if I pull away another layer, I might suggest that Park wrote the book to untangle his own history (and future?), and this reveals the brilliance of it.
