It is for healthcare directors, planners and strategists and will be of interest to experts and international investors in health system reorganization.. It discusses present financing means, and future financing methods such as a proposed national health insurance program and user-changes as well as important strategic issuesIt was a bit too neat and tidy at the end, but it was a happy ending that made me smile.. It just seemed incredibly short and not very detailed. Actually taking the class the author is teaching. This is not a Richelle Mead "young adult" title. Helpful, but not exactly earth-shaking. Compared tp the updates version, some images are labeled wrong. A real textbook that you will use lifetime long to lookup and clear up any problems or questions. I like to give random gifts to my mom out of no where. So many lost years. Starting with the essentials of Fourier Transform theory, this great book takes you through an enjoyable tour of modern methods of spectral analysis in NMR, highlighting the most relevant techniques with clarity in what could otherwise become a confusing array of acronyms. I've done this for the past 4 years despite having fibromyalgia. Manthei, herself a chemical dependency counselor (and recovering nicotine addict), speaks with knowledge and from experience— but never with judgement. The line drawings are interesting, with a wealth of detail, only an engineer could truly love.
