I bought this book for my two year old class.It's a great story but its made for a much older class. After the other two books, I could not see that it was helping me much at all. However, many physicians are unable to admit they have never treated the disorder, nor have the answer to treatment. This book is a waste of money. Good reading for those who have had incidents with horses!! Have a qualified person help you regain your confidence and ride freely again!!. A definite treat for young dragon lovers!. If your focus is losing fat, “Strength Training For Fat Loss” provides an excellent guide to do just that. This is a wonderful book. This was especially problematic in part 3. Truly refreshing, a great book for the beginner with no experience (that would be me!).
