While it provided a great overview of the interview process, I thought the frameworks were a bit over-simplified for MBA interviews. When experiencing a good meal, the art of conversation is priceless. Jim took risks, followed his heart, went after his dream, even though it would rip his family in two, and he ultimately finds the love of his life, Christopher with his "banana boat smile". While I found little new here (I do this for a living), the approach is sound and the focus on tiers 2 and 3 roles and responsibilities is something that is consciously missing from all of the books on help desk management that I have read.I did learn a lot from the chapter on knowledge capture and sharing. I have found this approach, when used by talented writers, to be very effective at producing a good understanding of a complex programming topic. As other reviews have mentioned and hinted at, you shouldn't pick this up if you expect actual menswear "knowledge". Rosie seems to have more of a questioning spirit.
