It offered some new-to-me training exercises which I can incorporate into my routine, which was great! Those exercises will help fight off boredom in the gym and combined with HIT training, should help with a metabolism kick start. I am stronger and leaner because of strength training, which is why this book caught my eye.Where this book shines for me is in the over 150 exercises it illustrates for the reader. Enchanting Beauty addresses the essence of the gifts a woman brings to the world, with lovely, supportive information and suggestions on how and why we must love and honor ourselves inside and out. I just got my copy and it is beautiful. Some of them could win Best Personal Essay contests were they to be presented as such. Ironically (or par for the course) many of those transported ended up in Tasmania where the colonial policy vis-a-vis the aboriginals was functionally genocidal. There is a lot here, and the reading is a little heavy at times, but more than worth the efDisney's storybook characters are as real to young readers as their best friends. Included are exciting tales of Genie and Aladdin battling Jafar, and a lazy float downriver with Mowgli and Baloo..
