Although Salewicz comes off as somewhat confused and a fence-sitter, he does a fair job in tackling some difficult issues connected with his subject.The book presents many examples and stories of Strummer's genuine kindness and fraternal ethics. I very much enjoyed this book and impatiently await the advent of the next addition to the series!. In particular, they are largely ignorant about economic history and know even less about the intellectual development of their own discipline.As a result, economists fail to learn the lessons of history. Some gaps, but the approach is on target.*Service delivery as a concept and process is clearly described. The story is a massive 26 part series that takes up nearly half the book.
