He really has nowhere left to hide after this book. Overall I am impressed with the author's approach and consider this book to be essential reading for help desk managers, service delivery professionals and upper IT management. This is a very think coloring book jam packed with simple activities of coloring and over 100 stickers. He was especially known for his capricious and arbitrary brutality. Hope this helps you! =).
