Mr.Paul spent too many pages on descriptions and character building that half of the book is probably that. the hero patiently swallows before the HEA.. Paul Arciero (Skidmore College) still utlize his text, and often refere to his chapters on energy metabolism and exercise. The book includes feedback and comments from his family members, which is greatly helpful to understanding how others can come alongside and support a loved one or friend who suffers from depression. Share a life journey during which the author surmounted schizophrenia and addiction to become a chemical addiction counselor, photographer and writer.
