If the text hasn't been proofread enough to catch obvious errors, I feel like I can't trust any of the information provided. This book is FULL of glaring typographical, spelling and grammatical errors! Just in the introduction, "The cardiovascular problems of the people of Scandinavia AND (should be are) increasing" There's several on every page. Even though this book was supposedly updated in 2012, the studies and information provided are from the 1980's. The author talks about how milk is no longer a good source of calcium because the only milk available is pasteurized.
