You can't go wrong by listening to the wisdom of Coach Dom. It just seems like the author could have taken a little bit more time to clarify a few of the algorithms, but otherwise from my knowledge the author is one of the leading experts in the field and there is some really good information in this book. It made me think about changes and gave me ideas to use within our library. I have been an architectural drafter for over ten years. This idea and its development are worth being the subject of a whole book.There are two stories that are so compelling that I defy anyone to forget them. I don't even own a cat, and my kids don't even really understand Cats, but they love this book! I got the kindle version, only wish it did one image per page vs having two images on each page.. I found both clear and easy to understand. I haven't read the first three books in this ENCHANTED ATTIC series. If you're looking for more common information, basic concepts and definitions (enthalpy, cycles, steam tables, etc), maybe you should try other books first, like Smith and Van Ness', or Van Wylen's book.
